Crispy Chicken Drumsticks

Hi guys!

Sorry it has been a few days.  I have been SUPER busy.  Anyway, I made this recipe for chicken drumsticks last night and fell in love with how crispy the skin was when I took them out of the oven.  Here you go!

The BIGGEST tip about getting this to work is to pat your drumsticks DRY before putting seasoning on them and putting them into the oven.

Preheat your oven to 425 degrees CONVECTION.  This is important to get the chicken to cook the way we want it to.

Rinse your chicken drumsticks and pat them completely dry with a paper towel.

Sprinkle with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and cayenne pepper.

Place the drumsticks on a tin foil lined cookie sheet lightly sprayed with oil.

Cook for 35 minutes.

Let the chicken cool for five to ten minutes before serving.

VOILA!

Yet another easy dinner recipe when you do not feel like doing a ton of prep or clean-up 🙂

For my veggie, I generally pan cook some cabbage with onions, salt and pepper- you will see that in the pic
